Technical Consultant (Revenue Enhancement Services, Specialty Consulting)
Evaluated retail and support operations of a major specialty store chain
to draft a standard operations manual in preparation for the firm’s
franchising strategy. Conducted customer value assessment for a domestic
cement manufacturer,entailed interviewing 300 dealers, batching plant
operators, retailers, large customers, etc. Assessed five potential
strategic partners (Philippine pharmaceutical corporations) to enable a
French pharmaceutical firm’s expansion strategy in the country.
Accomplished process improvement and workload analysis for various
accounting department activities for a local food conglomerate. Performed
opportunity assessment on the Philippine general aviation industry and
strategic integration for a major local aviation company. Composed of:
economic analysis and financial evaluation of sample of aircraft intended
for acquisition; and, evaluation and review of company's operations,
systems, resources and staff. Assisted in assessment and evaluation of
five selected local car assemblers as potential strategic partners to
enable a multi-national conglomerate to pursue car assembly operations in
the Philippines. Worked on maintenance of ISO Quality System. Performed
internal quality audits and facilitated ISO orientations to new staff.
