BACKGROUND SUMMARY

After passing the CPA Board Exam in 1995, worked for an Auditing 
Firm,  Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co., under the department of Audit and 
Business Advisory.  Had significant exposure in structuring system's 
manual and procedure's manual for a major food company here in the 
Philippines.  In charge of auditing several broker firms and checking 
their collateral evaluation for all stocks.  Had a lot of experience in 
managing inventories of large companies such as;  Alaska Trading Company, 
Inc., Smartnet Philippines, Equitiworld Securities Inc., Triumph 
Philippines.  Gained knowledge in supervising subordinates working in 
different accounts.  Based on Peer and Job Evaluation, easy to work with 
and is flexible to different environments.  Can easily empower 
subordinates in doing their task.  Can very well manage accounts with 
minimal supervision from top management. Can speak three languages; 
Chinese, English and Tagalog.
