Responsible for conceptulising & Launching (including developing market 
plans)new products, running each product as a separate profit centre. 
Responsibilities also invloved coordinating with  Advertising 
agencies,training  sales channels, designing sales promotion programs and 
others, such as budgeting, supervising marketing research activites, event 
management etc. Successfully launched and nurtured 6 new products in a 
period of 18 months.
