Also actively participated in the recruitment, selection and training of potential sales staff. Was able to implement appropriate reporting systems within the division, generate substantial leads and devise a training manual for the sales staff. ASB PROPERTIES, March 1996 - February 1997 Sr. Sales Executive Developed own methods of sourcing new accounts, cultivation of marketing channels, servicing client's transaction needs and account management. Devised a sales plan to ensure that group goals were achieved. Also coordinated with the different divisions in coming up with flexible financing schemes for potential clients. Awarded Best Sales Executive for achieving individual targets. GLOBE TELECOM, February 1995 - March 1996 Area Manager - Corporate Sales / Channels One of the pioneers in the corporate sales division. AIM Consultancy Project, June 1998 Was tasked to conduct a feasibility study on opening a laundry service in Makati. Was able to recommend a marketing plan and operations manual to the satisfaction of the entrepreneur. AIM Thesis Will be evaluating a proposal submitted to the Committee on Transporatation and Communication in Congress.
