Involved in systems analysis and design of an integrated customer services 
and accounting system for a Japanese financing company based in Hong 
Kong.  Assigned team leader for the accounting and reports module.

Involved in business re-engineering and Oracle Financials system 
implementation projects for one of the largest universities in Hong Kong.  
Functional areas involved were Estates Office and Industrial Centre.  
Extensive customization for the Accounts Payable, General Ledger and 
Purchasing modules were implemented.

Involved in the implementation of a customer service system of one of the 
leading insurance companies in the Philippines.  Also part of client 
support and data conversion teams.  The system used a client/server 
architecture using Oracle.

Involved in the analysis, design and construction phases of a customer 
services system of a major water utility company in the Philippines.  
Assigned as team coordinator for the billing, collection and payment 
posting subsystems during the analysis phase.  The system used a 
client/server architecture using Progress.

Assisted in the creation of a systems development methodology for one of 
the leading retail banks in Indonesia.
