business group, and crafting a strategy to suit the opportunities posted

Responsible for planning the research methods on land and in Green houses, 
planning and setting up strategic production bases for the High Value 
Horticultures ment for exports.
Designed a contract system of production with more than and over 100 acres 
and 100 potential growers to suffice a requirement of more than 7 tons of 
Gherkins a day. Set up over 20 productions centers which gave production 
levels of over 7tons/ acre. Achieved a productivity  target equivalent to 
Israeli’s standards of 6tons/ acre for Gherkins. Managed  the processing 
of Peppers and Gherkins as per the international standards.
