BACKGROUND SUMMARY

Mechanical Engineer with experience in project execution and 
working with consultants. Summer Internship in Project Finance has 
complemented my experience on infrastructure projects. Working in a 
multinational company has made me extremely comfortable when working with 
a cross-cultural team.

Research Analyst
Researched the capital markets to identify opportunities for Paribas Asia 
Equity. This included looking at the underwriting  of IPOs and debt 
instruments and opportunities arising as a result of the privatisation 
program being pursued in the Philippines.

Banque Paribas - Singapore, May 1998 - July 1998
Project Finance Analyst
Exposure to Projects in Power, Refinery and Mining Sectors. Worked on 
various cash flow models  including the Borrowing Base model used in the 
evaluation of Oil & Gas Projects. Good understanding of project finance 
deals in Asia

Mather + Platt ( I ) Ltd., Pune, India, December 1994 - March 1997
Executive (Contracts)
Executed projects and contracts taken up by the company.  Responsibilities 
included technical and commercial negotiations with clients, consultants 
and suppliers. Negotiated the recovery of US $ 800,000 for Mather + Platt 
( I ) Ltd. from SouthEastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) which was overdue 
by over a year.

OTHER INFORMATION

 *     Elected the President of my section at AIM for the SY 
1997-1998.
*    Member of the debating team and quizzing team in school and college.
*    Studied French at L’Alliance Francaise de Goa. Also studied 
Portuguese.
*    Member of the Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music and 
Culture Amongst Youth
