Analyst
The group was initially given an overview course on the concepts,
functionality, and integration of the SAP R/3 system. This course
emphasized on customizing and configuration of Materials Management,
Pruchasing, Financial Accounting, and Cost Accounting modules. Reports
and documents were developed with ABAP/4 programming. It is a
cross-country training with instructors from Singapore, Malaysia and the
Philippines. The team also learned to speak basic Bahasa Indonesia to be
able to communicate to clients from the Jakarta office. The group's
function is to provide a medium of knowledge exchange on SAP.

Investment Researcher
Given the task to evaluate the Initial Public Offering of Piltel. The
study was an in-depth study of Piltel and the telecommunications market.
The study included a recommendation on the stock and was supported by
doing a thorough industry analysis, personal interviews with key
personnel, technical analysis, and logical reasoning. The work was
included in the Philippine Stock Market Outlook '95 sponsored by All Asia
Capital of which the President of the Philippines was the guest of honor.
