Retirees must use a special order form to order free personal checks. Click here if you need a form.
Check designs, cuts, special type and over sig lines should be selected from the Checks Unlimited brochure. Brochures are often available in the newspaper and mail ads. You can also secure a brochure by calling the Checks Unlimited number listed above. The Checks Unlimited website is probably the best place to go for making your selections.
Business checks are not available within the FREE Retiree Check Program.
Personalized Accessories (labels, stampers, etc.) must be accompanied by your payment. You can also order these by calling Checks Unlimited. Please have your credit card available.
Use a separate order form when ordering for more than one account.
With your order you can get:
  • FREE Checks -- any design, one-part or duplicates.
  • FREE Deposit Slips and Check Register with every order.
  • FREE Vinyl Checkbook Cover with first order.
  • FREE Custom Lettering, FREE Cuts, FREE MyLines (special over sig lines .. see below).
    • Follow these instructions when ordering:
  • Include an original check Reorder Form from existing check supply or voided check from the checks you now have (no photocopies).
  • Indicate any printing changes (address, phone number, etc.)
  • Send your order form and documents to:

  • Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of check orders.
  • Your order will be shipped to the address printed on the checks unless you provide a different address on a separate sheet of paper.
  • Call Checks Customer Service at 1-800-204-2244 if you have questions regarding the status of your order. If you have questions about the FREE Retiree Check Program, call the Deluxe Employee Service number (1-877-U-ASK-DLX).

    • FREE MyLines
    To write your own favorite message:
    Indicate option "A1" on the Order Form, and print your message (up to 40 characters including spacing and punctuation) on each of 2 lines on the Order Form.

    To choose one of the following MyLines simply write the option number as indicated on the Order Form.
    B2 - With God, all things are possible.
    C3 - Miracles happen to those who believe.
    D4 - Money talks...mine says goodbye!.
    E5 - Count your blessings.
    F6 - We do not own the earth...
    we borrow it from our children.
    G7 - I'd rather be fishing!
