Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter in pan and melt in the oven. Mix everything (except for the coconut and langka) together in a large bowl. When butter is melted, add to mix, leaving enough butter to coat the pan. Add coconut or langka, or both if you wish. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Turn off oven and leave in oven for one more hour.
