Miniature B & W Cupcakes

Combine 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 beaten egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt. Beat well. Stir in 6oz. chocolate chips (mini) and set aside.
Sift together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt and add 1 cup water, 1/3 cup cooking oil, 1 tbsp. vinegar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat well.
Fill miniature cupcake liners with last mixture. Then drop 1/2 tsp. of the first mixture on each. Bake in 350 degrees oven for about 20 minutes.
