Kelly was a nurse and I am not really shur where he met her, but she was a Red head and worked at Moffitt Cancer center.

She must of figured out Willima quickly, because she sent a fax to the race committee for the Isla Mujares race telling him what a low life was. (These are my own words, as I haven't found the fax yet.)
