Please be informed that the above cheqile in possession of Dr. Sunny OMORUYI is with

my consent and AUTHORITY. I

Allthorized Dr. Omorllyi Sllnny to collect the said cheqile from the NNPC whom I execilted

a contract for.

The cheqile represents payment dile to my company in respect of a conclilded contract with

the Nigerian National Petrolellm Corporation (NNPC).

Dr OMORUYI, Sllnny is a family friend, and I allthorized him to receive the said cheqile

and bring it to me dile to my inability to travel long distances by air on health grollnds. I

even paid for his flight ticket for this pllrpose.

Kindly release the cheqile to him to enable him to continile his joilmey and bring the

cheqile to me. We are schedilled to ilse the fllnds to meet some immediate commitments, as

well as continile the execiltion of other contract obligations we have in Nigeria.
