Baltimore Records 15,000th MURDER

The City of Baltimore (aka Balti-$hit, Balti-Morgue, Balti-PHUCKED, Balti-Sore,
Balti-Mess, Balti-Less, The City That Bleeds, Harm City, Bulletmore, Murderland)
recorded it's 15,000th MURDER on the eve of February 26th, 2003.

According to the Baltimore SUN article dated February 27, 2003, "homicide
detectives were seeking the identity of a man found shot to death last night on a
street in the Belair-Edison community of Northeast Baltimore." The lucky cadaver
was "lying face up in the snow next to an alley near Chesterfield Avenue."

The end of 2001 saw the dead cadaver count grow to 14,705 deaths since Baltimore
started keeping records dating back to 1812. Add another 253 homicides from the
year ending December 31, 2002 and the dead body count amounted to 14,958.

That left a mere 42 murders starting January 1st, 2003 until Baltimore City recorded
it's 15,000th murder. Considering that Baltimore had recorded 15 homicidies in the
first 15 days of the New Year, it wasn't hard to predict this auspicious occurrence!

The GOOD News is that Baltimore is wasting NO TIME in search of Murder #20,000!
