This is from the lasted S-8:
The common stock is quoted on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol
"AIPN". On December 30, 1998, the closing sale price of one share of common
stock on the Nasdaq National Market was $1.03.
The common stock is a speculative investment and involves a high degree of risk.
You should read the description of certain risks under the caption "Risk
Factors" commencing on page 4 before purchasing the common stock.
These securities have not been approved or disapproved by the SEC or any state
securities commission nor has the SEC or any state securities commission passed
upon the accuracy or adequacy of this prospectus. Any representation to the

The date of this Prospectus is December 31, 1998
History of Losses. We have incurred losses since 1992. We incurred a net loss of
approximately $17,954,000 (on revenues of $828,000) for the fiscal year ended
December 31, 1997 and a net loss of approximately $4,652,000 (on revenues of
$4,003,000) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 1996. We incurred a net loss
of approximately $3,518,000 (on revenues of approximately $9,228,000) for the
nine months ended September 30, 1998, as compared to a net loss of approximately
$12,707,000 (on revenues of approximately $453,000) for the nine months ended
September 30, 1997. As a result of continuing losses, we had an accumulated
deficit of approximately $3,518,000 at September 30, 1998. We will continue to
incur operating losses unless we are successful in our efforts to develop our
refinery operations in Lake Charles, Louisiana and/or our oil and gas
exploration and development activities in Kazakstan and Russia.
Going Concern Opinion. In connection with the audit of our financial statements
as of December 31, 1997, Hein + Associates, LLP, our certified public
accountants, issued a report which included an explanatory paragraph relating to
our ability to continue as a "going concern".
Need For Additional Financing. During 1999, we may require additional financing
to supplement anticipated cash flows from our refinery operations in Lake
Charles, Louisiana in order to meet operating and certain other funding
obligations. In the event we are unable to obtain the necessary financing to
meet these obligations, our ability to continue operations at current levels
will be materially and adversely effected. In addition, our oil and gas license
in Kazakhstan could be revoked. We may need to raise additional funds through
public or private financings, including equity financings, with may be dilutive
to stockholders. There can be no assurance that we will be able to raise
additional funds if our capital resources are exhausted, or that funds will be
available on terms attractive to us or at all.

EVERYONE needs to read the S-8 filed yesterday. It is horrible.

_INTERNATIONAL_PETROLEUM_CORP_/NV/
The stock was deluited 22% in the last 3 months
(100% in the last 18 months) and the Hunts still aren't even close to being done...
Ol' Doc Farrit, Fitz, Kimmy, Uncle Don, Murph, Tracy and everyone else with any
connection to the company filed to sell most or all of their shares....
The company is unable to find financing except by issueing more shares below the current
price....
Auditors are unsure if the company it continue as a going concern....
Plenty of great reading, and yup: AIPscam is a scam.
"Serious Investors" can still make up stories about how great this company is and post them on the
internet. Go to the clubhouse and have a party.
Seriously folks, read that S-8, there is no hope for this company.
Comments:
The S-8 says they need more financing and they don't
have it yet.

Anyone read the new S-8? Lots of Insider selling.
It looks like AIPN can't get financing. The Hunts are killing this company. Is there any hope?

Your site is very well done, with tons of useful information. Much appreciated!
Waiting for AVNR to rally on FDA approval, I'm seriously thinking that AIPN is the way to go with a portion of the profits. My husband bought a little of this stock a while back at a very bad time - but now I'm beginning to think it wasn't such a bad mov
. Need to do a bit more research, but AIPN looks promising!
(One note.. I don't think I've ever seen this much emotion over a stock! Please nobody send me hate mail!)
Comments:
anyone that puts up a website like this to hype a money losing penny stock is a fool.
Comments:
They need a refinery manager in lake charles La. real bad.To much politics involed there. This would be a very proffitable refinery if everybody would work together instead of everybody trying to be a refinery manager.Hope you can have some influnce on GF
bout this matter.

BF-Thanks for the link. I can't think of a better time to be in oil & gas. AIPN is gonna be there long term and we're all going to make a lot of $$$. It's too bad that the Yahoo thread has been infiltrated by obvious rank amatures. It's nice to see a
ittle maturity for a change. Keep up the good work. I'll be back. Go Longhorns!!!

Gee Thanks Roskie, I think...

Certainly not the last or only place for information; but definately the best place to start. Appreciate your site, despite my doubts about AIPN.

Great job Blindfool. I appreciate your efforts here and on Yahoo. Unfortunately the flow of decent info is down to a trickle on Yahoo due to several reasons we are all aware of. Good luck and keep up the great work. Go AIPN.

Terrific site. Thanks for all the work you did to put it together. It's a shame all of this couldn't be shared all along. Don't worry about SS and his butthole buddies coming in here - their attention span is about 5 seconds, so they STILL won't unders
and what's going on. Thanks again, Fireant

Wow, lots of hits Blindfool. This is going to be the best site that AIPN could ever hope to have. It will be nice to have one place to come to so that we can refresh our memories on information.
Gold Medal for you!
Comments:
Just checking out your commenters and it doesn't look like your site has won the approval of most of those who now do most of the posting on the Yahoo board. But then I'm sure they showed up out of curiousity then had neither the intelligence nor the gal
to comment. Maybe when AIPN starts its move, they will clear out to leave our old board a source for the fertile exchange of ideas it once was. Good show, BF.
