You might find the Sun Clock useful while browsing web cam sites - that way you'll know where its day and night. If you see a broken or blank image it may mean that the web cam is turned off or its night and the web cam is sleeping! These cams seem to be very reliable. Please only reference those live-cams feeds or sunclock on personal pages, not on high-traffic corporate web-sites.
