HOT-DIP GALVANIZING
SYSTEM
1.Eliminates "Sticking"
troubles - washers are completely separated from each
other.
2.Obtain a beautiful
uniformly coated finish.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing of
washers is very difficult technically since washers stick to
each other in the Hot-Dip Galvanizing process. Also the mass
production of washers to which zinc is uniformly coated -
washers with electro-plated or stainless steel washers have
been used instead of galvanized.
We have now developed our
new unique Hot-Dip Galvanizing method which entirely
eliminates "Sticking" troubles and succeeded in the mass
production of washers to which zinc is uniformly costed
(each washers has an uniformly adhered amount of zinc on
both surfaces) - even on a very small size washer of 1/16" /
0.0625" / 1.6mm thickness.
Also we can Hot-Dip
Galvanize a very small size bolt and nut of 1/4" / 0.25" /
6mm diameter. Nuts are Hot-Dip Galvanized after
threading.
