This week's high is lower than the highs within the parameters
of the January Effect.  The current lows are lower.  As a 
result, closing out the month of January, The Dow is currently 
in a downward trend.


Nasdaq:(NDX)
This week's high is higher than those within the January 
Effect parameters.  The current low is inside the range of the
of the lows.  As a result, the final week of January shows the 
NASDAQ to be in an upward trend.  However, when the low 
of 3,314.75 is breached, the trend will be down.


New York Stock Exchange:(NYA)
This week's high is lower than the highs within the parameters
of the January Effect.  The current lows are lower.  As a 
result, closing out the month of January, The NYSE is currently
in a downward trend.


Russell 2000:(RUT)
This week's high is higher than those within the January 
Effect parameters.  The current low is inside the range of the
of the lows.  As a result, the final week of January shows the 
Russell 2000 to be in an upward trend.  However, when the low 
of 467.56 is breached, the trend will be down.


S&P 500:(SPX)
This week's high and low are lower than the price parameters
inside the January Effect.  As a result, the S&P 500 is currently
in a downward trend.

This week's high and low are lower than the price parameters
