JESUS is the greatest Potter in the whole Universe
because
The pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him.
Jeremiah 18:4 NIV
GREATEST POTTER
So broken was this pot of clay
Who'd want it now? No good.
Then JESUS came along and said,
It's valuable-I would?
So He redeemed it for a price,
Then placed it on the wheel.
And with His nail-scarred hands began
To mold and shape and heal.
On the wheel the pot remained
And let CHRIST have his way.
Enduring reconstruction
It freely chose to stay.
I too was like that broken pot
When JESUS came for me
And started to remold my life
A vision He could see.
My yielding to the hands of CHRIST-
Though painful,now I see
My life restored;I am whole again
T'was CHRIST who molded me.
By- Mary Ellen. Florida
O great and gentle Potter
I lie before You on this day,
A Cracked and broken vessel,
A helpless bit of clay.
Touch me, Potter, smooth away
Each broken place you see;
Remold me in your likeness
And set Your mark on me.
With your gentle hands, then, place me.
In Your purifying flame,
And fire me to perfection;
Make me worthy of Your name
By-Sherry LM. Texas
HOW ARE YOU FEELING
It's about all I feel like right now
A lump of cold, unyielding clay.
Please, GOD, make me into a useful vessel-
A pitcher to pour out love on-
-someone-,
A vase to hold fragrant blossoms of Your presence-
Punch me down and start all over;
I longed to be formed anew.

Where do Our Prayers Go?!!!-hmmm
My heart was heavy-burdened As I bowed by my bed---I thought of all my prayers and countless tears I'd shed.I cried out from my heart,"Lord, where do my prayers go?, I know that You have heard them,For Your Word tell me so."Then my eyes fell on the pages and the Word to me was shown. Hope swelled within me as I read,"Your prayers are kept by MY throne". For no prayer is ever wasted. They are kept in bowls of gold. They are the fragrance of heaven, their aroma can n'er be told. To think that sacred scent wafting on the heavenly breeze flows there from the faithful saints who spend time on their knees.

How Could we ever doubt??
O Lord,--You taught us to pray and not to give up, Counselled us to call on You, -Encouraged us to find our strength in You, -Exhorted us to bring our requests to You, -Invited us to cry out to you-And asked us to believe that You will answer.-How Could we ever doubt??
JESUS LOVES YOU
you probabbly guessed the answer. It is JESUS who loves all of us. As you look at the above crosses, you can conclude that JESUS died on the cross for the sins of this materialistic world and on Easter, the 3rd cross was empty which signifies that the Lord JESUS CHRIST is Risen
how to evaluate your portfolio
***2a.FOLLOW THE TEST TO SEPERATE FROM
The ultimate test of any portfolio is how well it holds up during downturn
Step # 1
Is it a great stock or a grief stock
Over thr long run Stock price is driven by one thing and one thing only, growth in earnings and that is driven by the growth in revenues. Research the past revenue &earnings/share graph. if u see an upward ,consistent slope of revenue line indicates Excellent growth
Step # 2
Is the stock on Sale?
Price/Earnings ratio : that is, price paid to receive one dollar of earnings. If Current P/E ratio/Average P/E ratio =o.81, means that to get $1 earnings ,we need to pay 81 cents. therefore the stock is on sale by 20cents.
But if Current P/E=50, AND Average P/E=27.6, the ratio between the current/average = 1.81, it means inorder to get $1 of earnings we need to pay $1.81, so the price is 80% over the avrage price. so it is not on sale. This point of over the average price nterested the Investors, so put this stock on recheck list, because it is not on sale
Also try to get the projected P/E for year 2003.If the projected P/E =25 IN YEAR 2003, means Investors will be willing to pay $25 to get $1 of earnigs
Step # 3
Dividend yield : we would use this figure to predict Rate of Return in Step #4
Step # 4
How high could it go :People buy a stock for what it will do in the future
Example I want to pick stocks that will double in 5 years time which demands an average annual growth rate of 14.5%
Take the projected earnings per share and multiply by the projected P/E ratio, ie : projected earnigs/shareXProjected P/E RATIO= Projected Share Price, example : 2.30X25=$57.50, a gain of $39.50
Step # 5
How low it could go?
Even though the company is healthy now, assume 30% decline in the share price to $12.60-- a $5.10 loss
Step # 6
Is the risk worth the reward?
Take the projected gain of 39.50 devide it by the projected loss of 5.10, ie : 39.50/5.10 =7.31---Reward per $1 of risk, this means that every dollar he risk he /she gains $7.31.Look for minimum of anticipated $3 reward for $1 OF RISK
WHEN TO BUY BONDS
****2b.HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT OF BOND, well, u mean, oh no ,I mean BONDS***
Do you know that the Canadian Bond Marketvalue=951 billion in 1997
There are certain times it is not the retun my investment I am interested in, but the return my investment. With the interest rates slowly falling, many investors may fall into Bonds now befor the rates-(which are the same as the bond yield) - fall even more.
There are 2 types of investors
1.Buy and hold investors
If I invest in the Government bonds and hold it ,till it mature, the interest return will be paid for the duration of the term, and the return is secure. This is known as the coupon rate ,because most bonds come with the coupons that can be clipped at the specified dates and cashed for the promised return
2.If you are not the buy and hold investor, then the things are more complicated, because bonds can be bought and sold just like stocks, and the price you pay to buy a bond is seldom the price that was paid when the bond was initially issued by the govt. body or corporation. when interest rate rate change, the price change, infact prices also change whenevr investors anticipate a movement in interest rates.
when I bought coupon rate of the bond=5%
If price paid =$100, and if the interest rate falls down to 4%, the same bond with the 5% coupon rate could be sold for a premium, probably at $102.
but if the interest rate increase to 6%, then the price of the bond will be reduced than it's original price. it is called at discount price,I can only sell this bond with 5% coupon, for 98 dollars. ie : $2 discount.
4.HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE
4a. UNETHICAL, ILLEGAL(CRIMINAL), UNPROFESSIONAL,INHUMANE TREATMENT GIVEN BY SOME POWERFUL PEOPLE(MANIPULATIVE, Opportunistic,so called professionals) TO SOME POWERLESS INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT THEIR WRITTEN CONSENT
Stereotaxic techniques in which geometric coordinates and Xray examinations are used to place a fine wire tipped with an electrode in the brain thereby enabling the surgeon to reach not only the frontal lobes but the deeper brain structures which lie under them. Once the electrode is placed it can be used either to stimulate that part of the brain with a weak alternating current(remotely) and thus in theory determine what mood or behaviour is affected by that region or to destroy it with the direct current. As a consequence Labotomies have become relatively rare in the united states.(In GOD WE TRUST)
Source : Mind Control(Book) by Peter Sch rag, Any library may have this book.(A must read for Human/civil rights leaders, Race relations members & INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISTS )
: HUMAN RIGHTS OFFICERS/CIVIL RIGHTS OFFICERS, please help these powerless individuals who are being oppressed by this illegal technique, Thank you.
4b. A Nobel LAUREATE (AMARTYA SEN) blames authoritarian rulers for the real causes of FAMINE
Societies that attend to the poorest of the poor can save lives, promote their longevity and increase their opportunities through education and production work. Socities that neglect the poor on the other hand may inadvertently allow MILLIONS to die in FAMINE.-Even in the economic boom, as occured during the great famine in Bengal, INDIA in 1943, the subject of SENS; most famous case study
Sen demonstrated that the Bengal famine was caused by an urban economic boom that raised food prices, thereby causing millions of rural workers to starve to death, when their wages did not keep up. And why did not the government react, by dispensing emergency food relief?? Sens' answer was enlightining. Because colonial India was not democracy he said the british rulers had little interest in listening to the poor ,even in the midst of famine.
This political observation gave rise to what might be called SENS LAW :Shortfalls in food supply do not cause widespread deaths in a democracy because vote seeking politicians will undertake relief efforts; but even modest food short falls can create deadly famines in AUTHORITARIAN SOCIETY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sen has placed great emphasis on poor societies that have achieved high standard in health & education
COSTA RICA for example, which has an average annual income that is about one fourth the US level, boasts a life expectancy of 76 years.-almost identical to the US'S. rEASON-Costa Rica disbanded its' army in 1949 and focused public spending on public health and education. Brazil, by contrast, has almost the same average income as Costa-rica, but life expectancy that is 10 years lower. Brazil has greater inequalities, and much of the population lives in deep poverty.
Sen's observations have been taken to heart in the valuable Human Development report issued annually by the UNITED NATIONS' HUMAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. In a world in which 1.5 billion people subsist on less than $1/day, this nobel prize can not JUST a celebration of a wonderful scholar, but also an important call to attend the URGENT NEED & HOPES OF THE WORLDS' POOR
THANK YOU SEN FOR YOUR ENLIGHTENMENT FOR THE CAUSES OF FAMINE
4c. PRICELESS GIFTS
For 2 weeks before November 11, my retired friend JAN, sells poppies for several hours a day on a busy corner in downtown Toronto.Once, a girl about 5 years old, aked him how much a poppy cost?!, As JAN handed her one ,he smiled and impulsively said nothing, someone has already paid the price
The little girl slipped away to join her mother, who had been watching the scene, from a short distance away. They chatted together, soon the girl ran back to JAN, she put a 10 dollar bill in the collection box, & said "my mother wants me to give this money to the people who paid the price"
4d. The power of freedom
Shortly after we moved to a small farm, we decided we'd buy a milk cow. In response to a newspaper ad, I drove to the dairy farm of a Dutch Immigrant.I selected a cow and the farmer and I agreed on a price, but he would not take a personal cheque.
As my dad who had accompanied me and I turned to leave, he asked the farmer, where in Holland he was from,he named a region and Dad said he had been through it during world war II. The farmer looked at Dad & asked "you were a canadian soldier",Dad nodded. Chocking back emotion the farmer said "when we were starving the canadian soldiers saved us". Not only was my cheque good, but the farmer insisted "this cow has a calf; you take it too"

6.The Albert Memorial
After 4 years of restoration, one of londons' best known and most over decorated landmarks was revealed in all it's victorian splendor last week. The Albert memorial in Kensington Gardens was built as a tribute to Queen Victoria's Consort, Prince Albert, who died aged 42 from typhoid in 1861. The massive structure which was completed in 1872, was a public expressions of the nations gratitude to the prince of Saxe-coburg-Gotha, who gave britain the great exhibition of 1851 & With Victoria fathered 9 children.
More than 150 highly skilled workers restored the memorial to the original design of George Gilbert Scott. They included lead restorers, gilders, Sculptors, Mosaicists, Gemstone Experts, Bronze workers & Stone masons. The centre piece of the restoration is the larger than life figure of Albert, which was stripped of it's gilt covering at the beginning of World war 1, for fear that moonlight shining on the gold might attract the attention of the Zeppelins to Kensington palace. The sculpture has been regilded with a double coating of gold leaf using 1000, 20 page books of 23.5 carat gold. THE QUEEN ELIZABETH, attended the unveilding ceremony calling the restored memorial " A celebration of a great and good life".
7a. ATTITUDE CHECK!!!!
Dharmapada an early collection of Buddhist verse says "All that we are is the result of what we have thought?.It is founded in our thoughts. If man/woman speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him/her, as the wheel follows the foot of the ox that draws the carriage. If a man/woman speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follow him, like a shadow that never leaves him
*****7b .Teens are drinking more soft drinks than before. Average teenage boy drinks 3.5 cans/day, more than 110 gallans/year.Kids now drink twice as much soda as milk. 20 years ago The reverse was true. The possible bad effects : Fat kids, rotten teeth& Brittle bones*****
*****7c .Bad news on Alzheimers disease : High blood levels of homocystene, an amino acid has been linked to heart disease, may also be a risk factor to Alzheimers disease, according to the preliminary research. To drive down your homocystene levels eat food rich in Folate B 12- SUCH AS LEAFY VEGETABLES, egg yolks and ofcourse do not smoke.*****
Need a pointing device that can keep up with your cllick-and scroll web browsing habits? Kensington's Web Racer, due out in january may do the trick.Buttons for the most common browsing functions.(Back,Forward, reload, stop and print)same time as do the four programable, buttons & a small touch pad, larger than the typical mouse, the potato shaped web racer can rest on the desk top or in your hand, making it a good choice for use withweb tv devices or living room pc's

8a. Hi, Doc!, I am not afraid of needles anymore, hmm, WHY!!??READ BELOW, because of Micro Needles
8a.MICRO NEEDLES
Mark Allen & Mark Prausnitz, Electrical and Chemical Engineer respectively from Georgia Institute of Technology- have developed the replacement for conventional hypodermic needles- a small patch covered with hundreds of Microscopic needles that penetrate the skin without causing pain.
The skins' outer layer the "stratum corneum" is an excellent barrier to the outside world, hence the need to pork a larger needle through it to get the blood stream
But Prausnitz & Allen figured that very small needles could deliver vaccines & medications just below the stratum corneum. The medication would then diffuse from the tissue into capillaries.
Since the outer skin does not have any nerve endings- The first extensive nerve layer is below the outermost capillaries-The smaller needles would not cause any pain
Prausnitz & Allen made their Microneedles out of silicon with the same etching process used to manufacture computer chips.400 microneedles= one tenth of an inch on a side & eac needle id 6 onethousanth of an inch long. You feel something as if you were wearing a band-aid
The holes left by the microneedles are much smaller than the punctures of the conventional needles, thus lowering the risk of infection.Since the patch is very easy to use, it could be a boon for people with diabetes, who have to give them frequent injections.
Prausnitz thinks it would not be too hard to add a miroprocesor and a pump making a watch size device that could release drugs over time or even monitor blood levels of various medications and automatically keep them stable. you might actually make it a watch that keep track of time & amount that were delivered at different times.
****8b.Good news on Transplants
Leukemia & other cancer patients who need bone marrow transplants may now have a larger pool of potential donors.Israeli & Italian doctors say that they have vastly improved the odds of a successful transplant between family members whose tissue types do not match perfectly. It's done by transplanting large #s of stem cells---the bone marrow cells that make blood. In Japan doctors report, that sophisticated DNA analysis enabling them to better match donors & recipients who are not related at all.

Xybernauts' mobile assistant 4 is every bit as mobile as you are-because u wear it like a vest. This under 2 pounds Pc combines a 266 Mhz processor, a 4GB hard disk, speech recognition technology instead of a keyboard and a full colour Head mount display.
Despites its' $5000 price tag, if you need to compute on the go-actually on the feet instead of in the plane or a taxi, the MA4 heralds, what could be a new fashion in technology :WEARABLE COMPUTERS.
Wearable systems have already proven themselves with the military, but xybernaut a 45 person startup based in FairFAX, va. hopes its' PC-on -a-Belt will catch on with mobile business professionals too.The companys ' directoe of Marketing Carol Covin says MA4'S applications are almost infinite. You need to be using your hands but want access to information {such as documents, blue prints or photograph} she adds.
Xybernauts research shows that 14 million workers in the USA, spend more than 20% of their time away from the desk top pc's.theortically a future wearable could become so at one with its' user that it could read ur moods, knowing when to leave you alone or when to forward a phone call or e-mail.

8i. The Calcium Connection Vs Calcium Depleters
125 milliliters(1/2 cup)of Broccoli=89 milligrams of calcium
106 gram of sardine(1 tin)=382 milligram of calcium
125 milliliters of almond=200 miligram of calcium
Vs
Salt--calcium depleter
Animal Protein makes us to loose calcium through urine, one fast food hamburger leads to a net loss of 23 milligram of calcium
Cafeine--found in coffee, tea and many soft drinks is another calcium leacher.A cup of coffee results in a calcium drain of 2 to 3 milligrams
8j. DO YOU KNOW THE COMPOSITION OF YOUR PLANET EARTH
O-----A-----B---------C-D
O--A = Inner core (solid iron & Nickel)-800 miles/1300km
Temprature of the innercore=5000 degrees celcius, but the atoms of the metal are pressed together so tightly by gravity, so that the melting is impossible
A------B =Outer core (Melted iron & Nickel)1400miles/2250kilmeter
Temprature =2200 to 5000 deg. celcius. Earths' magnetic field is generated by electricity in the outer core.It is the magnetic field that allows the compass to function
B-----------C =Mantle (silicon,oxygen,aluminium,irn and magnesium)--1800 miles/2900 kilometer
Temprature = deepest part of the mantle gets a temprature of 2200 deg celcius /4000 deg. fahren
C--D =Crust (Igneous, Sedimentary & Metamorphic rock)-15 to 25miles/8 to 40 kilometers
Sedimentary Rock: are developed from material worn away from the land. These rocks may contain Fossils-shells,bones & other remains of living things
Metamorphic Rock : are formed when Igneous & sedimentary rocks are chemically & physically changes by heat and pressure.
Igneous rocks :are formed ,when melted rock deep inside the crust cools and hardens
.
EARTHS' MINERALS
All the rock on earth is formed of materials known as minerals. These substances are inorganic, which means they are made up of matter that was never living
Some minerals such as GOLD, are one single chemical element.Others are mixtures of elements.
eg : hema tite --also known as Iron core consist of iron & oxygen
The word mineral means, something that is mined or dug out of earth.nearly all minerals are formed inside the earth & can be removed only by mining. However not all substances that are mined are Minerals, because thay are formed from the remains of the living things eg--crude oil.
OPAL: is a gem made of silica that contains water. The water in the opal breaks the light that strikes it into brilliant internal colours.
GOLD :One of the first known minerals is prized for it's beauty and scarcity
The hardest mineral = Diamond. It has a hardness of 10 on a hardness scale, developed by Friedrich Mohs in 1822. A Fingernail has a hardness of approximately 2 on the scale.
8k. CHIPS THAT ARE SKIN DEEP
For 9 days this fall, Kevin Warwick, mild mannered Univ. Professor- became six million dollar man- like cyborg, part human ,part machine, Warwick , Chairman of the Cybernatics department at the Univ, of Reading in England, had a silicon chip & transponder implanted under his skin. The experiment was a success. As he approached his office, web pages loaded, doors opened & light turned on. What is his research all about? "I am looking at completely changing the computer interface doing without keyboards or the computer mouse" Waewick explains
8l. The Brain becomes a mouse
A device the size of the TIP of the ball point pen implanted in the brain of a 53 year old American, Paralyzed and left mute by stroke, is allowing him to communicate through a computer. A Team from Emery Univ.in Atlanda inserted the device six months ago into the brain of a patient(WITH THE WRITTEN CONSENT)identified only as J.R, who could communicate only by blinking. Now he can use his brain power to transmit signals through an antenna--like a coil(visible when an x tray is taken. These signals move a cursor like a mouse across the screen to convey simple messages such as "hello" and "good bye" and to indicate when J;R is hungry or thirsty

8o. PLOWING INTO THE FUTURE
The industrial revolution may have ended the agricultural era. now the information age is revitalizing todays' farming industry. Most growers rely on inution and experience to decide when to plant, fertilize, and harvest crops. These days a growing inority (8%) are turning to "Precision farming" which uses digital equipment to monitor every stage of growing process.
Beaton's Cranberry growers service in Wareham, Mass, for example, employs digitized maps from photos shot from planes guided by global positioning systems to pinpoint trouble areas and reveal precisely where workers should apply more or less fertilizers creating substantial savings. EVENTUALLY THE PHOTOS COULD BE TAKEN FROM FIXED SATELITES FOR ON-DEMAND UPDATES
8p. DO YOU WANT TO BAKE A CHICKEN FAST
Microwave ovens are fast and easy, but they can't BROIL, CARAMALIZE, GRILL, ROAST food. The new Wolf /FlashBake 120 by Quadlux in Fremont, California cooks nearly as fast as a microwave, but runs on a haloge light controlled by a computer chip. Infrared rays brown the food ,while visible & near visible light penetrates & cooks it. will be out in dec. 1998.
8q. A LITMUS TEST FOR YOUR IQ.
Why go through the trouble of taking an IQ test, when you have got chemistry at ur finger tips. Researchers at Englands' John Radcliffe hospital, in Oxford report that our Brain pH--HOW ACIDIC OR ALKALINE UT IS might be a clue for our intelligence.Using a resource of MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTROCOPE
(MRS), A CLOSE COUSIN OF MRI.The smarter the person, mor alkaline the brain suggests that a mor alkaline brain might allow nerve impulses to move faster producing a quicker mind in every sense. The finding raises a question of whether w might one day be able to turbo-charge our brain by altering it's pH. SO FAR there is no hard evidence that boosting the speed of our neurons results in increased smarts, or that we can raise our brains' pH by eating certain type of foods. Eurekkkka

ALTHOUGH NO MACHINE CAN ABSOLUTELY TELL TRUTH FROM FICTION, THIS ASTONISHING MARVEL IS FASCINATING TO WATCH AS YOU ENGAGE IN CONVERSATIONS.even test on phone conversations, recorded voices or newscasters and the politician on the TV and the radio.Takes one 9volts battery ,built in mic and phone connector. Adjust for sensitivity measures just 6x5x1" so u can test for lies anywhere(LOL)
TRUTH MACHINE =$59.95
NO MACHINE IS A CONCLUSIVE LIE-DETECTOR UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THIS TRUTH MACHINE BE USED TO MAKE PERSONAL OR BUSINESS DECISIONS WITHOUT INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION.

Mercedes-Benz -(German Auto maker) taped the inside of a V8 Engine from it's IC108E Champ car VS ,while it was running. The high resolution fibre optic equipment used to look inside the engine, is similar to that used by Doctors performing endoscopic surgery and mechanics inspecting jet engines and other hard to access parts on commercial and military aircraft. To get into the engine technician drilled an 8mm access hole. The video imaging scope was then snaked in. By analyzing fRAME-fRAME changes, Engineers hope to beam how to get more power from every stroke
8v. WORLDS' LARGEST GLOBE
Map maker David Dehorme, has created the largest globe ever built known as EARTHA. iT MEASURES ABOUT 42' in diameter and faithfully duplicate our planet at a scale of 1" to 16 miles. Each of the 792 map sections that make up the globe was a computer generated from information in a database of satelite images and conventional maps.Individual panels cover 8 degrees of altitude at 10 degrees longitude.Like her name sake Eartha
tilts at 23.5 degrees rotates & revolves. She is permanent display in a 3 story atrium at headquarters of Delorme's Yarmouth ,Maine , Mapping and software company.
8w. HERE'S DATA IN YOUR EYE
Your next computer monitor could be right before your eyes. Micro vision of seattle is developing a display that projects images directly onto the retina, bypassing the need for a viewing screen. The chiefadvantage of this in--your eye approach is that data can be superimposed over a viewers field of vision, much like the head up display of advanced jet fighters. One possible use is in night vision goggles that show a soldier, the location of previously burried land mines, displayed as a map grid on the sorrounding terrain. The company says, helmet system will be available next year. The eyeglass version is 3 to 5 years away.
8x. MONITORING COOL TRUCKS
Satelites and temprature sensitive papers will soon be used to spot spoiled meat. Colorado Springs. Colo- based GLOBAL TRANSPORTATION TECHNOLOGIES is testing a satelite tracking system that ports cargo temprature on a web site.A simpler approach has been developed @ Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque. Researchers there use a label containing a shape--shifting --nickel & titanium wire that rips the green safe tag if the temp. increase to the point where bacteria multiply
