Intended Usage:

A castable or trowable lining for slurry pumps, chutes, hoppers, pipe, cyclones, and other areas where large amount of abrasion exists.

A bonding and grouting material for ceramic tile.

A trowable replacement for ceramic tile.

Performance Specifications:

HEAT RISISTANCE: to 240°F-standard formula

ADHESION: greater than 4,000 psi cold roll white metal

COMPRESSION STRENGTH: 20,000 psi

ELONGATION: greater than 20%

FLEXIBILITY: capable of 30° bends at 1/8" with no effect on adhesion

VISCOSITY (MIXED): 2600 cps @ 70°F. OTHER VERSIONS WILL VARY

PERCENT SOLIDS: 100%

POT LIFE: 30 minutes @ 70°F

COVERAGE: approx. 100 sq. ft/gallon (depending on surface proousness) customized versions available for different coverage rates.

APPLICATION METHOD: brush, squeegee, or roller

SURFACE TEMPERATURE FOR APPLICATION: at least 50°F. lower temperature cure versions available.
