EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW
Mechanical engineering and process engineering design, project and construction management experience. Project management for four "Brown Field" and three "Green Field" projects for major manufacturing clients. Experienced in the following areas of project engineering:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over 32 years of experience in the manufacturing and process industry. Employed as a consultant performing process engineering, operations assistance, equipment design/start up supervision, and numerous plant and equipment studies and analysis.
Accomplishment highlights include:
Extensive operating design for Ameristeel (formally Florida Steel) at all five of their U.S. plants. Projects ranged from process improvement design for melt shop operations to a three year program of installation, start-up and process optimization of the Consteel® process at the plant in Charlotte, NC.
Co-author and copyright of a "Heat Transfer/Thermodynamic©" computer program that designs water-cooled off gas systems. This program has been in extensive use in the melting and refining industries since 1991 throughout the USA and Japan.
Author and copyright of an "Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) - Chemical & Electrical Energy Balance Program With & Without Scrap Preheating©" for Melt Shop Modeling.
Co-inventor of a "Bulk Loader to charge Lime into an Electric Arc Furnace, United States Patent # 6,155,765 dated December 5, 2000.
