On the beach and looking relaxed.  Notice the tuxedo which leads me to consider whether he had formerly been at a wedding or other formal affair with a bow tie on.  If so, what happened to the tie?  Did he shove it into a pocket or perhaps leave it inside his vehicle?  Since he made it to the beach fully clothed is there a chance he could take a dip while so close to the sea?
