Vest and Shirt
I'd lose the vest personally but he still looks good. I've never seen the purpose of wearing a vest except to be formal or handsome. When its cold it only keeps the middle part of the body warm and not the rest such as the arms. Of course, if one is wearing a vest in conjunction with a suit jacket and tie I guess the entire body would be covered because those suit jackets don't have top buttons.
