Ham Loaf
3lbs curied ground ham
2lbs fresh pork
2 cups fine cracker crumbs
2 cups milk
salt to taste
Mix altogether, bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
Sauce for Ham Loaf
2 tbsp mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
Add enough water to just moisten. Slow boil 5-6 minutes in a
saucepan stirring often. Pour over meat, bake another 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Basting 3 to 4 times.
