Macaroni Salad

3/4 cup real mayonnnaise
1 T. vinegar
1 T. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 hard boiled eggs
8 oz. macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green or red sweet peppers
1/4 chopped onion

In large bowl stir in mayo, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper until smooth. Add macaroni, celery, peppers and onion. Toss to coat well.  Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
*I add 2 eggs chopped in mixture and slice one on top for garnish and sprinkle paprika on top too.
 

Tater Tot Casserole

2 lbs hamburger
3/4 cup onion
2 cups grated cheese
1 cup cream mushroom soup
1 pk. tater tots

Brown hamburger and drain. Put in 9x13 baking pan.  Put onion and soup on top of hamburger and sprinkle cheese and taters on top. Bake 375 for 30 minutes.

 


Noodles

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten

Sift flour and salt together in bowl.  Make a well in center of flour mixture and add eggs.  Blend thoroughly, it will be sticky.  Add more flour slowly until barely sticky.
Knead dough on floured board, cover and let stand 30 minutes. Roll to about paper thin, let dry out (about 1 hour). Roll up and cut real thin, or however you like them.
