Vickie's Recipes This recipe comes from Vickie and she made it I know at the 2003 Family Reunion. I'm not sure if she made it last year but it "shaw ez gud!" She didn't give it a name so I'll call it the Dorito Salad.
Dorito Salad 1 Bag Doritos 1 small bag carrots 1 head cauliflower 1 head lettuce 1 can kidney beans (Drained) 16 oz. bag cheddar cheese Western French or California French dressing. Mix all ingredients together except for the dressing. Do not add that until you are ready to serve.
