The  Fabio Turi's letter
Dear Walter,

this is the fifth letter I write and tear up.
What can I say to the man who is about to change the history of modern physics?

First of all, thank you, but this is not enough. I do not know exactly why I am writing to you or what I want to tell you. But I know that I need to show you all my admiration and solidarity as a person and as a man thirsty for science.

I am an amateur astronomer and I have been reading all I could find about cosmology and astrophysics for many years. Unable to verify the soundness of the various false scientific theories, I was obliged to accept all the published worldwide theories that were bullshit. Excuse my language but I am furious.

Also I, in my absolute ignorance of science, I knew that the Black Holes were incompatible with the relativistic reality. But it is not my practice to contradict Nobel Prizes.

My journey was beautiful and innocent. It started in a summer's night in Canarias while I was observing Antares and Jupiter without knowing what they were. From then on, the first questions, going over the trial of all the men who had found the answers. Questions after questions, from the stars I arrived at the atoms.

After realizing all the inconsistencies of standard physics and Big Bang, (that foresees a possible big-banger man) my journey became meaningless. I went on buying books and books in search of the truth but I only wasted my time and money, also neglecting my daughter, without finding any answers.

Six months ago in a bookshop, between the books “The first three minutes” (you know its author) and “Quantum and Cosmologic Questions” (Hawkink and Penrose) I found a black and long book written by someone, who in the 21th
century spoke about Fifth Interaction and Unified Fields. It was not expensive, so I bought it. It was also the only book I had not yet read among the few books displayed in the darkest corner of the bookshop devoted to science.

I did what you asked me in the first pages, I accepted the work hypothesis of a discrete space-time smiling to myself and thinking: “My dear old Ether.” Suddenly, this ignorant man, reading slowly and with increasing avidity the precious words of the magic book, started to understand the beauty and the real nature of the Universe.

Now, I cannot stop reading your book. It has become my guide, the Fundamental Text, the starting point for a series of models impressed in my mind. It has also replaced “Relativity: popular exposition” on my bedsidetable, not because it is better, but because it is more unifying.

I have seen an electron, a photon, myself as the maximum organized complexity of the Schild lattice.
It is not an obsession, but writing to you is like writing to “Albert” and it is really exciting for me. You saved me from a bad world of smiling scientists who gave themselves airs pretending to make an effort by explaining the new science without using strange and difficult words telling you: “ I know it seems impossible but this is this way and you, who are an idiot, will never understand.” It was a lie.

Not even they understood any bloody think (anything), in reality nobody understood any bloody thing. They repeatedly trampled on the inviolable principles of scientific reasoning deliberately, and I saw them, but since I counted for nothing, I couldn't contradict all these fashionable persons. And as my knowledge doesn't go beyond the second degree equation, I couldn't think I was able to understand how a thing can be its opposite.

Therefore, I yielded before an incomprehensible universe. Thanks to you, I woke up from the numbness of “indeterminism.” I hope I will meet you one day, but in your book you speak very little about yourself and I don't know if you are a qualified university teacher, a free researcher or a building surveyor.

I don't want to bore you, a short letter is better apprecieted than a longer one but you must know that I could go on writing to you for many hours. If you are ever in Lecce come and see me, I would be very pleased to act as your guide through the beauties of Lecce's baroque and buy you the best orecchiette in the zone (not with turnip-tops).

I wouldn't dare to ask for something in exchange seeing that here we are very good hosts by ancestral tradition. But, if you answered one or two my questions or reflected with me, I couldn't say no.

Adding that I consider your well-known collegues' behavior as shameful is superfluous. I would like to puncture the tyres of the president of De Broglie foundation as we did with the bastard teachers during our schooldays. By
the way, are you alone in your fight? Do you belong to a scientific movement? Do you have any collegues, students, anybody with you? How are you getting on with your book? How could I help you?

I would have other hundreds of questions. The last one is: (it will make you smile). The process of the electron-positron annihilation statistically gives rise to nothing but electrons. Is it possible that “extempore” positrons form with the same proportion or rather that an involute-positron reversed in time forms in what is for us a past still past?

Probably my reasoning seems to belong to Hawking. But why should “our universe” prefer electrons to the detriment of positrons? Do you know any other similar phenomena in physics in the processes of creation or annihilation of pairs? Other similar preferences?

Your theory is so perfect, unifying and clear that even enables the worst ignorant to “dare” an interpretation.
I would have hundreds of things to tell you but I don't want to impose on your time without having your permission.

Answer me and inform me about your lectures, debates, please. Now it's late I must say goodbye because I have to bath my little part of discrete space-time who is perfectly organized and evolved: my baby Serena, my favourite part of the universe.

A friend of yours who owes you much. Forever at your complete disposal.

Yours sincerely,
Fabio Turi

PS
I'm reading Arp! It seems impossible that nobody has done this work so far.
You couldn't have better confirmation for your theory.
