Two Navy men are assigned to transport a sailor to prison in Washington D.C. Along the way they realize the young sailor has been railroaded into an an unjustly lengthy sentence, and they decide to show him some fun during the trip. This film is only notable for a nude Carol Kane and a brief cameo by Gilda Radner.
