My Journal-June 2004

June 2, Wednesday

2 hari yang menyedihkan. 2 of my relatives died yesterday and today. Not a very good sign to begin my June but who am I to prevent those things to happen- it's Allah's will. Visited the deceased yesterday before I went to work, cited Al Fatihah and Yasin. Suddenly I was surrounded with this emotional feeling when I wanted to shake hands and hugged with his wife and daughters, my face felt hot and I tried not to let the tears came running down infront of them. Said a few words as not to make them more sad than they already had, if it was possible. And early this mornig I got a call saying the daughter of my cousin whom met with an accident last night has died, due to hemorrhage inside her head. Ya Allah.. , she's only 2 years old..! Don't know how her parents will take it. Hope they can accept their daughter's fate, and get on with their own- still no news about their situation ( they also involved with the accident ). And Lanun dear hasn't replyed my sms since last night. Wonder what happened to him, coz if I'm not mistaken he said he's scheduled to fly tomorrow. Hope his sore throat has go, and fit to do the sortie.

June 4, Friday

Virus Attack!! Actually the problem started yesterday when my browser (IE) couldn't open any site, and the 'time operation run out' warnings pop up too many times that I lost count. Plus the virus ( or trojan, I think ) created links to a homepage ( which is http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=timev=56 ) randomly. I really don't know what to do. Scan my pc using Norton Antivirus and detected 29 viruses and trojans, most of them were from adware programmes. And I have started to make backups of my latest work, incase I have to reformat my pc again.

Got hooked up with TV3's latest Samarinda series- Sephia aired every Tuesday until Thursday. It's past my bedtime, actually so I have to force my eyes to stay open for half an hour to watch the drama.

June 7, Monday

It's been a tiring but exciting weekend for me and all of us who attended my friend's wedding last Sunday. Lt. Saharudin and his bride Lt Suzy (both are Navy officers) were having the time of their life. picture this- both wearing all white, and you guys should see the sword barrier ceremony they did! I did record it but somehow I said something during the process so my voice was recorded too. Habis rosak..but still if I got the time I'll uploaded the 2 minutes video (after I excluded my voice, that's is). And of course, Lanun dear was there too @_@ though I only saw him on Sunday, everybody was talking about us like it was our wedding =P somebody pointed at him saying 'Itu le tunang dak Wann' and soon everybody knew him. And then of course they started to tease me. Hu hu..seganlah.. I just smiled and kept my mouth close. His parents came as well, served them and talk a little.

June 8, Tuesday

I am so furious right now!! somebody uses my telekong, and that was definitely unacceptable. I have a very sensitive skin and any contact like that will definitely will do harm to my face especially the part that touched the clothes i.e. my chin, my temples, my cheeks. And I recognize the way that somebody folded my telekong after she has using it. Which is definitely different from mine. I think I'm going to put a sign that saying pls don't use my telekong because I have a skin desease that spread easily when sharing my things. Huh!! see what they'll take of that! Honestly, I really don't mind sharing my things but NOT my personal belonging like that. That's what I practiced with my sister ( we share the same room )- when I said this particular thing are not shareable, she understood clearly that only I can use it and vice versa.

June 14, Monday

Hasn't write anything here for a week. Don't blame me, ok. The Internet connection in my office still in 'coma' condition. Hampeh tul. Anyway nothing much happened to me lately. A lil' bit of this, lil' bit of that. Watched Harry Potter And the Prisoner of Azkaban last Sunday at home. That's the 3rd book in its series, the one that Lanun dear bought for me was the 5th. Honestly, reading the book is far more exciting than watching the movies. Don't know why, maybe because Harry has grown up a little. Guess the producer will have to find someone look alike (and younger) to replace him if they plan to make another sequel after this. Hermione and Ron are ok, I guess. Still fight a lot :) Hope I'll have a more exciting week or else I will die bored out of my skull (*_*)

June 15, Tuesday

Spending almost an hour to one of the practical student about how to make a movie (in Flash) which contains another MC, just a more practical way to repeat an MC without repeating all the animation again and again. But she just can't understand the whole things, and I kept repeating the same thing again and again coz I thought that was the best way to explain it or rather, there's no other way to explain it *_* maybe I was not destined to be a teacher =P

I just realised that I didn't make a back up of my website (the flash file) when I format my pc (due to the virus attack) - it's stupid, really. I thought I did, but when I tried to look for it I just couldn't find it. Guess now I have to build a new one. hu hu..malasnye..

June 21, Monday

My gum hurts so much, so I went to Ayer Keroh Community Clinic which is very near to incubator. First I went during lunch hour, only to found out that the dental clinic was closed and will only be open an hour later ( 2.00 pm) so I went back to the incubator, had my lunch with so much trouble to munch or chew. Then I went back to the clinic and the nurse at the counter said to me nicely that today is only for patients with apointment. hu hu.. sengal sungguh rasanye Guess I have to wait until Wednesday when the clinic is open to all. It's kinda disappointing when you put so much hope that seeing a doctor will make all my pain goes away but when things like this happened, you feel like you can't rely on them anymore. Like, they have let you down. How can we choose what day we are going to be fine and which day we are going to be sick? Then I remembered the nurse said the it was scheduled that way because they don't have enough doctors to treat everybody everyday. Aha. Kalau tak silap baru- baru ni sibuk2 cerita pasal nak naikkan syarat bagi student yg nak apply medic. Kalau macam ni makin kurang lah jumlah doktor kat Msia. Sapa nak jawab tu? Renovating our kitchen so it's a little chaos in there. Been thinking that maybe I should put my journal as the front page instead of the message I displayed everytime you logged here. Nantilah. Sakit gusi. Malas nak berfikir.

June 23, Wednesday

Spent almost 1 hour reading honeybiru's journal. Wow. I remembered reading her entries long before this, and today after visited a friend's website- mystrique whom put a link to her journal, I remembered perfectly a journal of a sick and depressed girl that's so sick, she have to attend sessions of theraphy to control herself from getting worse ( I assume, maybe, from injuring or killing herself). I thought that kind of thing only happened in the movie or somewhere outside M'sia but she put those words of her fragile mind so tragic, sad and true, I should believed her. She must be a tough one, fighting her problems all this while but I'm glad to know that she's not alone and taking her medication, I can only hope she survives and once again lives her happy life, the one she claimed she used to have before. The weather is so bad here in Melaka. You can see that you were surrounded by white smokes that blocked your sight less that 1 km. Watched the news about the fire in Sumatera and thus effected few places in Malaysia. Flights pun byk yang kena tangguh. Hope Lanun dear is doing fine. really miss him. his birthday is coming next month. Will do some window shopping to look for his present. Still don't know what to buy him. Any ideas?

June 24, Thursday

Designed signature for my profile in teknik JB forum. Bored out of my skull. Anyway you guys can see the signature here. It's quite blah actually. Never mind. As long as I can 'move' something in my mind.

June 26, Saturday

Ahaks..! did u see my loading page? U didn't? Ala..you have to..ok, here close this website, just empty your temporary files and open this site again. He he.. got the idea when I watched Harry Potter And The Prisoner of Azkaban =P No plan for the weekend, will be cleaning the house (as usual). Happy weekend, guys :)

June 30, Wednesday

Someone took my mother's bag yesterday. She put the bag on her dressing table in her room and when she went out to attend a religious class at 3.30 pm, nobody was at home at that time except my youngest brother whom sleeping in his room. My mother just realised that the bag was missing this morning. Not much money in there- ~~RM30-40 and $80-90 dolar Singapore but a lot of very important documents were in there- her I/C, international passport, bank cards and books, my brother's birth certificate, clinic card and a few other things she can't remember she put inside the bag. She was so sad that she can't talk and started crying when she called my father to tell him about the it ( my father works at JB). Thought I want to take half day off today but my brother said he'll accompany my mother to report the incident and cancelled all her bank cards, get a new i/c and everything else. So much hassle. Pity my mother..

Anyway would like to wish happy birthday to my friends- Sahar and Irizan whom celebrating their birthday today. May Allah bless you, panjang umur dan dimurahkan rezeki..

Siti Nurhaliza came to Melaka to perform in her Fantasia Concert last night at Dataran Bersejarah Ayer Keroh (don't agree much bout the 'historical' part in its name, coz the way I see it only serves as the place for teenagers to loiter and lovers 'making up'). Last week Sheila on 7 also came here performing in a mini concert held at MITC.

Shocked to hear last night news about a citizen whom tried to help a lady but ended up with 3 stabs 'straight to the heart', as the doctor who performed the post mortem operation on him reported. These days thieves are getting more and more vicious- the death of two victims last month and now this. And when you thought there's no place safer than our homes, see what happened to my mother yesterday. It might happen to anyone at any place so my advice is, just be more careful and put a little bit more caution whenever you are parking your car, avoid walking alone in a deserted area and ladies, hold on tightly to your handbags, for God's sake. It will only makes the thief's job easier, right?
