Tapion was a great character in my opinion. Mabey it's the fact that he reminds me of Crono from Chrono Trigger? Well, they both were Akira Toriyama characters. But yes, Tapion was from the DBZ movie #11 if I remember correctly. You know, I really wish I had more DBZ cels. There's one problem, the fact that their so damn expensive! ARRRGHH!!
