Battle.net and maps

Battle.net is the internet part of Warcraft 3, for most people that is the reason why they get the game so it is worth getting. My favourite part of Warcraft 3 is Battle.net because you can play against friends on the internet and there is also some unique maps that you can play on it like aeon of war, castle defence, tower defence and more, read on to find out the rest of the battle.net maps.

Aeon of war

Aeon of war can be one of the best maps on battle.net if you like trying to make your hero the strongest of them all, because what you do is you play with other people, at least 6 on each side and you work together trying to defeat the other team by destroying the other teams town hall, or sometimes you just have to kill all of the other players heroes. You can make your hero stronger by giving them tomes, the main tomes are manual of health, tome of agility, tome of strength, tome of intelligence, tome of experience, and tome of power, if you read the info about each tome you will see how many charges they give you. On aeon of wars you can choose from at least 10 heroes and then you battle with them and each hero is unique in one way.

Castle Defence

These maps were my favourite maps for quite a while because all you do is defend your castle from the enemy attackers, you can buy heroes from the altar of stroms and you can buy unit, also like on aeon of wars you can make your heros stronger by giving them tomes. There are about 10 heroes that you can buy and some are more expensive than others but it can begood if you save up for the good ones because they are much stronger than the other heroes. Usually at the end of the level after you have defended the castle a boss person will come and if you bu tomes he is as easy as anything so don't worry about him.

Tower Defence

Tower defence is also aquite a fun map, what you do is with your basic builder you build some defence with towers (hence the name tower defence) and you can sometimes upgrade your towers like cannon towers on some levels and they can become very strong, sometimes you may really only need one tower if you keep on upgrading it. There are a lot of different tower defences, on some of them you can upgrade your castle which lets you build better builders to build better and stronger towers.

RPGs

There are lots of different RPGs e.g. Dragonball Z/GT, diablo and lots more that other people have made up. Al they are, are games that you work together with other people on the internet with one hero that you can get really strong, as you go further into the game the creeps that you have to kill will get stronger and will come in bigger numbers. Luckily when you go on your way there are some fountains of health and mana and sometimes some shops to buy tomes and potions, but only if the person who has made that map was kind.

The 12 Blademasters

What you do on the twelve blademasters is like castle defence because you have to defend the enemy from getting through the gate and into the town, so you get a hero and you just have to work together to hold off the undead enemies, they will also get much stronger but so will you if you level up and stay near battle. Each bladmaster wil be unique in there own way, so one may have healing abilities another may have a very high damage but they are all strong in there own way. There isn't just the twelve blademasters there are the 8, 9, 10, 11 blademasters to.
