Malekith could not be killed, but could have been reduced to 1 wound. But the High Elf Lord on foot would have probably died or fled in the last turn because of him.

 

As the game was balanced and the ending was flawed, I declare the battle as a Draw. I hope that the Dark and High elf players will agree and forget their age old hatred J
