As we said, everyone was able to spell "Easter", but to ensure the success of all three kids, we included extra letters.  The naughty children discovered that not only could they spell "Easter", but a few other word selections as well.
However, despite the unsanctioned word anagrams, they did each spell Easter once, and therefore claimed goodie bags filled with chocolate bunny (or raccoon in Patrick's case and deer in Lewis' case, which, ironically, makes the "STEER REAR" somewhat appropriate), gum filled lollipops, more gum, flavored chapsticks, and chocolate peanut butter egg.
Catherine pores through her treasures, while Lewis discovers, to his great delight, his extra meat portion coupon!
Despite not having the most eggs, Patrick did wind up with all of the "special coupons", including the one obligating him to bunny hop around the kitchen, the one forcing him to lie on the floor while the family piled on top of him and smothered him with kisses, and the one offering a free "Chinese massage", in which the masseuse crawls on hands on knees on the recipient's back.
This, of course, works out exactly right, because chocolate and sugar is all it takes to make Catherine and Lewis dance.
