BIG BLOCK STOCK HEAD FLOW CHART
Data and info obtained from;

These numbers were acquired from various sites and converted into flow charts. I thought it would be interesting to see stock head flow data side by side.
notes;
902 & 975 are the same as the 452/346 heads
avg = average flow numbers
avg200-600 = averages the flow numbers from .200 inch lift to .600 inch lift. All the flow data is available in these valve lifts and helps to make them equal.
Ratio@400 = Intake to exhaust ratio. Shows how much more intake flows than the exhaust.
Chamb vol = head chamber volume in cc
Intake cc = Intake port cc
Exhaust cc = Exhaust port cc
Potential HP = potential horse power @ .500 inch lift. (taken from a formula, but not proven) The key word here is potential, depending on intake, carburetion, exhaust, etc. It is supposed to be the max that the head can flow.
Peak HP RPM = RPM that potential HP occurs. (taken from a formula, but not proven)
