| Outwales are on - hand rasped, and sanded - 40, 60, 100, 220 grit. Solid Ash - 19 feet long! My shoulders are sore - too much sanding! (sniffle, sniffle) |

| First coat of pure varnish - turns out - this is quite a long process, in the humidity of Spring! Looks like an Adirondack guide boat, doesn't it? |
