1/1st Bn. Territorial Force. 04 Aug 1914 at 14 Corn Exchange Street, Cambridge in the East Midlands Brigade, East Anglian Division (54th Div).

2/1st Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Cambridge in Sep 1914. Joined the 207th Brigade, 69th Division.

3/1st Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Cambridge in Feb 1915. Supplied drafts to the 1/1st and 2/1st Bns.

4/1st Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Newmarket in Nov 1915 with personnel from the 2/1st Bn. Joined the 208th Brigade, 69th Division.
