Formed at Finsbury on 02 Sep 1914. Stayed in the UK until Oct 1916, then it went to France and joined the 22nd Brigade, 7th Division. 3/1st Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Walton-on-Thames in Dec 1914. Supplied drafts to the 1/1st and 2/1st Bns.
