Hmmm well what can I say......one of my earlier works. Hadn't really got the idea of prior planning at this stage yet I was just drawing on a whim. Which is all well and good I mean it does look okay and I particualry like the head but the left forelimb looks like I broke it off and stuck it back on backwards. I didn't realise until after I'd done so much work on it but the elbow is bending the wrong way. Mind you the other arm doesn't look all that crash hot either. The black outline got a tad obscured in my haste to colour it I really rushed the background and well you can definetly tell. I tried to give him a suggestion of a rib cage but I'm not at all sure it worked. I do love the sand being stirred up by his wings though. Originally intended to be the grown up version of SeaWater but he didn't meet my high standards.

Date completed - who can remember these things eh? sometime in 2000, around christmas maybe?
