One of the many sketches done during a particulary long break at university. It's from a picture I found in a book on Oceanography. Took about an hour or so to finish. Those things in it's beak by the way are fish. I had lots of fun trying to get the right look for those crossed over wings. Background is a little on the sketchy side but the puffing was the most important bit to my mind.
