.::REMEMBER::...
Scrollamount sets the space (in pixels) between each movement of the marquee. The higher the number of pixels, the faster the marquee moves.

Scrolldelay sets the number of milliseconds between each movement of the marquee. The lower the number, the faster the marquee moves.

Basic marquee:
