With this upgrade, you can store foods in the refridgerator, and cook foods. The kitchen even comes with the Frying pan, pot, and oven. There's also an included bathroom with a bath that restores your stamina.

Dog House
Before you get this, you have to get a dog (makes sense, right?) With this, you no longer need to worry about bringing in your dog when it rains. Your dog can just go in his little dog house. Now why can't he do that in any other HM game?
