Low Carb Diet

6:30 am Protein Drink
8:30 am Protein Drink
1 1/2 coup of Muselei with a little honey
3 caps of Flax Seed oil
1 multi vitamin
1 gram of Vitamin C
10:30 am Protein Drink
12:30 pm Large Salad with tuna or chicken and 3 eggs
3 caps of Flax Seed oil.
Vitamin B complex- 50 mgs
Vitamin C - 1 gram
2:30 pm Chicken or Beef (small portion)
Cheese
4:30 pm Workout
6:00 pm Post Work Out Shake
7:30 - 8:00 pm Beef, Chicken or Fish (large portion)
Cheese
9:30 pm Protein Drink (Shake)
7 grams of L-glutamine
Saturday Treat Day YEA!!!!

Breakfast
A large amount of eggs along with bacon with english muffins

Super
I eat a large amount of pasta along with some garlic bread



*This is the only day of the week that I take in large amount of carbs. This is considered a cheat day and the only day I do this.


My Diet is here to show you only what I do every day.
This diet is not designed for everyone. Each individual must determine what diet works for them.

I strongly believe in High Protein and Low Carb diets

I call my diet "A Kenogenic Mutt".
