I'm an ectomorph, and I've gained
a total of 30 lbs this year alone (without creatine or any supplements
of any kind other then protein powder). So, if your not gaining any weight,
then you are doing something wrong. I don't know anything about your diet
or your workout, but something is probably missing. Sure your eating 6
meals, but how many calories are in them? Figure out how many calories you
were eating a day during the 6 months you didn't gain any weight and also,
weigh yourself. Starting the next day, add 500 calories to the number of
calories you normally were eating when you weren't gaining any weight.
So if you originally were eating 1500 calories, now start eating 2000.
Eat that many calories for the next 7 days. At the end of those 7 days,
weigh yourself again. If there isn't at least a 1 pound gain, starting
the week after, eat an extra 500 calories a day. Keep doing this until
you find the number of calories you need to eat to gain around 1 pound
a week. Once you find that number, keep eating that much and keep weighing
yourself at the end of every week. This way you will keep gaining a pound
a week. One day, you will see you stopped gaining. So once you go around
2 weeks without seeing any weight gain, guess what that means? Thats right,
more calories. Add another 500 and you will continue to gain weight. Doing
all this plus lifting hard and everything that goes with it (enough sleep,
enough water, enough protein etc..) is how i gained 30 lbs this year. And
trust me, if my ectomorphic ass can do it, yours can too =]
If you are planning on leaving, please don't forget to sign the guestbook. Thanks!!
