Some people have written to me wondering
how far I've come in bodybuilding. The best way to show you that would
be to post pictures of me as far back as I can.
One note that I need to add is that although I've been body building for
over 10 years and thought I was doing okay, it wasn't until I met my Trainer
that real progress started.
Then after going to one of his shows, I discovered I also wanted to compete.
The new pics are of me now, 3 months of hard work to get into shape. I
won't be ready for competition until 2002 because going to compete takes
more than just a good body and takes a lot of preparation and time to get
to that stage. You have to have posing routines and so much more.
