NEW PASTOR -- The Rev. Nelson E. Felch has been engaged as pastor of Washburn Baptist church and will begin his work there Sunday, Sept. 14.

Mr. Felch, a native of Lowell, Mass., has been in Maine about nine years, and has just completed four years as pastor at East Wilton and Dixmont. He is married and has one child.
