She was born in Washburn, the daughter of John and Sarah Phinney Tobin.

Besides her husband, Walter Dyer, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Naomi Davis of Portland, and Mrs. Ruth M. Brown of Philadelphia; three sons, Harold L. and Walter R. of Lynn, Mass., and Malcolm C. Dyer, F 1/c USN; a sister, Mrs. Lucy Stoddard of Washburn.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Pentecostal Church at 2:30 P. M. The Rev. Robert Pinkham of Caribou officiated, assisted by Rev. Geraldine Post. Interment was in the Crouseville Cemetery.
