BREWER BRIDE--Mrs. Ernestine Raymond and Jasper Donovan were married Saturday evening in a simple service in Brewer.


Donovan-Raymond Nuptials Held At Brewer Parsonage


Mrs. Ernestine Raymond, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Sheafe, 504 North Main street, Brewer, and Jasper Donovan, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Donovan, Worthington, Mass., were married at 6 o'clock Saturday night at the parsonage of the First Congregational church, 82 North Main street. Brewer. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Basil C. Gleason, who read the double ring service. The couple was attended by the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sheafe.

The bride was attired in a street length dress of fuchsia crepe with black accessories and complemented her costume with a shoulder corsage of pink roses. Mrs. Sheafe wore a brown crepe dress trimmed with gold, and black accessories. Her corsage was of red roses.

A wedding supper was held at the home of the bride's parents, attended by the immediate family and intimate friends. The beautifully decorated bride's cake was served by Miss Pearl Sheafe, after the bride and bridegroom cut the traditional first slice. Mrs. Charles West presided at the gift table.

Mr. and Mrs. Donovan left on a wedding trip to Washburn, after which they will reside in Worthington, Mass. The bride traveled in a gold wool suit with black accessories, a racoon fur coat and wore a corsage of pink roses.
