Rev. Kenneth Cook, Lincoln, officiated. The double ring ceremony was used. The bride wore a street length dress of powder blue rayon alpaca, her shoulder corsage was of red roses and maiden hair fern.
She was attended by Miss Ruby Northrup of Kingston, N. B., who wore a street length dress of rose crepe and corsage of rose and white asters and maiden hair fern. Ronald Harrison, brother of the bride, attended the bridegroom. The marriage ceremony was performed under an arch of evergreen with background of evergreen and white phlox.
After the ceremony the happy couple left on a short wedding trip, returning on Tuesday night for a reception held at the bride's home. The bride's table was covered with a white linen cloth, the centerpiece being a large bunch of sweet peas and ferns. The bride's cake was surmounted with a miniature bride and bridegroom. Many lovely gifts were received and many friends wished the bride and bridegroom much happiness.
On Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. Johnson left for Dover-Foxcroft where the bridegroom is engaged in farming and trucking.
