Washburn Youth Is Stationed In Tokyo

EIGHTH ARMY HEADQUARTERS, Yokohama, Japan. Oct. 2 [1946] - Private Alton L. Richardson, Washburn, is now serving at General Headquarters, Army Forces Pacific, in Tokyo.

A graduate of the Washburn high school, Pvt. Richardson entered the Army in October, 1945. He embarked for his present overseas tour July 26, and at present he is working in the General Headquarters laundry.

Pvt. Richardson's mother, Mrs. Mary Ellen Richardson, lives at Washburn.
