AUGUST BRIDE -- Mr. and Mrs. Henry M. Russell of Washburn, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Betty Jean, to Cecil Q. Ettinger, son of Mrs. Q. E. Eichen of Taylorville, Ill. Both Miss Russell and Mr. Ettinger are students at Graceland Junior College, Lamoine, Iowa. The wedding will take place in August.
